If for some reason the credit card transaction for your game purchase or subscription rebilling did fail or was declined, you should:
1. Make sure the billing address on your account is EXACTLY the same as the billing address of the credit card you are using (i.e. spelling, abbreviation, punctuation, etc...).
2. Make sure your available balance is sufficient to complete your purchase or subscription billing.
3. Contact your billing institution for any problems with your account.
